Returns Policy  

Returns may only be given at the discretion of the Memories FlowersLLC  management.

Due to the perishable nature of our goods please make raise and complaints within 24 hours of the delivery time of your order. Please take a digital photograph of any product you are unhappy with and send it to us at Memories FlowersLLC

All of our perishable products require very specific care and maintenance. Please pay close attention to the care instructions that come with the order. If the product has not been cared for per the instructions that come with the delivery then we may not refund or offer an exchange of product.

Any product that is claimed to be damaged or have perished should ideally be returned to our shop or collected by us. If this is not possible then as per above we will require photographic evidence within the timely manner specified. We will thoroughly inspect all products where a claim is made by the customer. If we discover that they have not been cared for, or are not damaged or perished, we will not refund or offer an exchange of product.

Any refunds or exchanges will be given if we believe that the delivered product is proved to be damaged and will be at Your London Florist’s discretion.

Delivery Service              

We are a Dubai based florist and hence can only deliver to the Dubai area.

Our delivery service for our fresh flowers are available for next day delivery in London. Delivery time is from 9am to 6pm on any of these days. We do not deliver on Sundays apart from Mother’s Day, Mondays or on U.K Public Holidays.

Our dried flower collection is available for UK delivery within 3-5 working days.

In the unfortunate event that an order has been placed for delivery on a Sunday, Monday or a Public Holiday and we are unable to contact you, we will deliver the flowers, where possible, the day before or the day after the date requested.

Please give us a call if you would like same day delivery and we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Unfortunately we can not guarantee same day delivery to factors out of our control such as bad weather and traffic.

If stock is unavailable for any reason, we will offer an alternative for the order, with similar type and colour flowers for example, that will fit with the style of bouquet, and be of equal or greater value.

Delivery Instructions – Please ensure to add any important details to your order that we need to know about, along with any other special instructions for our drivers such as where to leave the flowers if the recipient isn’t home. Also please select the option to write the recipient a personal message should you wish.

If the recipient isn’t available to accept the delivery and we don’t have any further instructions from you, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If you have provided us with contact details we will do our best to contact you to explore alternative options. Our delivery driver will leave a signature calling card, with details of where we left the delivery.
